The Reindling is a sweet specialty from Carinthia. It consists of a yeast dough that is filled with cinnamon, sugar, raisins and nuts. It traditionally baked at Easter and is still a classic for many families today. Traditionally the Reindling was baked in a "Reindl" pan, which gives it its name.

Whether baked in a glass pan or in another baking pan, the Reindling is an indispensable part of Austrian and Carinthian cuisine.
